| Austin-Healey Sprite 9888AC
was built on 18th/19th August 1959 and registered by the Donald
Healey Motor Company in Warwick on 8th September 1959. The car was
converted to full 'Sebring' spec for its first owner, Ian Andrews.
The engine was tuned to Stage 5 with LCB exhaust system and it was
fitted with Girling disc brakes and wire wheels. It also had a
Donald Healey Works hardtop and wood rim steering wheel. After
passing through the hands of eight owners, the car was bought by
Peter seamen in september 1975. it was 1983 before the car was
restored and back in action. Sebring sprite 9888AC has not been seen
on the road for some years. |
