For 2010 the Fastback racer is fitted with a 1460cc 5 port, putting out 150bhp. Mike found the Jack Knight dog box a weak link, stripping 3rd gear, having cured the problem of broken half-shafts and the brakes wanting ~ with the very high cornering speeds being achieved. A gearbox from America is on its way, and the car now has vented 4 pot calipers on the front and bigger rear ones. He also has a fuel injection kit so will have the car updated for the start of the Heritage GTCC season. An 8 port will be ready mid-season having ironed out a number of issues with the same engine in their Mini (see above).         See also Mike's 2010 project by clicking here
