8426 UE known as the "Roadster"

The restored Works "roadster" is shown below at a time when it was prepared for sale by auction in 2009. It was owned at that time by Mark Flanders who had tracked it down and bought it in Georgia in 1989. Raced six times in the 90's, it was restored by Euro Coach in 2007.

This photo (right) of 8426UE, showing the body/chassis unit on a trailer, was sent to me in 2010 by Hans Wurl of Vintage Racing Motors who then owned the car.
